Drive digital transformation and operational efficiency as a Solution Architect responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for telecom Business Support Systems.

This strategic role involves collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to align technology capabilities with business goals.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related IT field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in integration engineer or solution architect roles
  • Proven expertise in telecom BSS platforms, including charging, billing, and mediation
  • Hands-on experience with solution architecture frameworks, such as TOGAF
  • Strong understanding of protocols, including Diameter, SS7, SIP, SOAP, and REST APIs

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and designing end-to-end BSS architectures, including CRM, billing, charging, and order management systems
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
  • Translating business needs into scalable and future-proof technical solutions
  • Ensuring integration of BSS systems with OSS network systems and third-party platforms
  • Leading solution design and providing guidance to development and QA teams
