As an Amazon Expert, you will be responsible for driving growth and profitability within our FBA seller account. With at least 1-2 years of experience in managing Amazon accounts, preferably private label or wholesale, you will leverage your expertise to optimize product listings, manage inventory, and develop effective marketing strategies.

You will work closely with our team to implement data-driven insights, utilizing search engine optimization (SEO), keyword research, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to enhance product visibility and drive sales. Your analytical skills will also help you monitor inventory levels, track key performance metrics, and prepare regular reports to inform strategy adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimizing our Amazon store for maximum visibility and sales involves managing product listings, updating product information, and ensuring brand consistency across all listings.
  • Enhancing product discoverability through SEO and keyword research to drive organic traffic to our Amazon listings.
  • Developing and managing PPC advertising campaigns on Amazon, using sponsored ads and other tools to increase product visibility and drive sales.
  • Collaborating with the inventory team to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Analyzing competitor activity on Amazon to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing our strategies and maintaining a competitive edge.
  • Implementing tracking mechanisms to monitor key performance metrics such as sales, conversion rates, and ROI, and preparing regular reports to analyze performance trends and identify areas for improvement.
  • Fostering positive relationships with customers through prompt and helpful responses to inquiries, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to continually improve the customer experience.
