About the Role

DPL is seeking a talented QA Lead to join our team. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for guiding projects' business and quality parameters, leading teams, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of functionality and performance.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Guiding projects' business and quality parameters
  • Acting as a leader and taking on additional responsibilities when necessary
  • Planning and strategizing with the team to solve possible issues
  • Assisting Product Owners during the requirements-gathering stage
  • Devising test strategies and aligning them concerning Scrum, Kanban, etc.
  • Ensuring products' functional and non-functional requirements are met

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing
  • Experience using Automation Testing tools such as Cypress, Selenium, Cucumber, and Katalon
  • Strong grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience in writing test cases and defect tracking
  • Experience in conducting database tests
  • Experienced in SQL, Security Testing, and Test Management
  • Experienced in at least one scripting language like Java, Python, or C#
