Job Description
Towards developing and implementing a multilingual education framework, we are seeking an individual to support training and project implementation in Upper and Lower Sindh. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the area team and school principals to ensure smooth project execution.

Sindhi Language Skills
The ideal candidate will possess excellent Sindhi language skills, enabling them to translate English/Urdu content into Sindhi language. This skill is essential for successful project implementation.

Classroom Observation
Visit classrooms of TCF schools to observe classroom activities and provide support in video classroom observations. By doing so, you will contribute significantly to enhancing teaching and learning processes.

Data Collection and Analysis
The selected candidate will assist the team in data collection from schools related to teachers, students, evaluation, assessments, teaching, and learning materials. Additionally, they will analyze data received from the field, including training, materials, teachers, students, and other related data to identify patterns and trends. This expertise will aid in making informed decisions regarding project implementation and capacity building sessions.

Training
The role involves assisting in planning and executing capacity building sessions in the field. This includes facilitating organizing and implementing capacity building programs and follow-up visits. As part of your responsibilities, you will work closely with the area team to ensure seamless program delivery.

We are looking for a skilled professional who can effectively coordinate, communicate, and collaborate to drive this initiative forward.
