About the Role

As a member of our development team, you will be responsible for providing backend support to our Salesforce CRM platform.

You will work together with your colleagues to build scalable and robust solutions using Agile development methodologies with a focus on high availability to end users. Your tasks will include participating in the design, development, testing, and support of the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to an agile team that designs, develops, and maintains the enterprise Salesforce platform and other related software applications.
  • Participate in design sessions for new product features and capabilities.
  • Create technical design documents and participate in technical walkthroughs.
  • Design and engineer components and common services based on standard corporate development models, languages, and tools.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
  • Support and maintain production environments.
Requirements

We are looking for a skilled professional with strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of direct development experience with Salesforce, with a total of 5-7 years of application development experience.
  • Good experience with developing solutions involving relational database technologies.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience with CPQ would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience working with global teams would be beneficial.
  • Proficient with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile and Scrum development.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
