Extrusion Team Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Extrusion Team Leader to join our organization. This is a senior-level position that requires exceptional leadership and technical skills.

The successful candidate will oversee extrusion line operations, ensuring smooth production flow and meeting quality and productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup, calibration, and operation of extrusion machinery (cast line, blown film, sheet, or other).
• Supervise junior operators and helpers to ensure correct procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and adjust extrusion parameters to maintain product quality and efficiency.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality standards and specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process or machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production reports and quality control records.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and promote a safe work environment.

• Education: An intermediate diploma in mechanical, electrical, or polymer engineering is preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in extrusion machine operation, with at least 8 years in a senior or lead role.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of extrusion processes and technical drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and production specifications.
