Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the development, implementation and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and executing comprehensive web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cross-channel digital marketing strategies to reach target audiences and maximize brand awareness.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence to engage with customers and foster brand loyalty.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics such as ROI and KPIs to inform future strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience, driving conversions and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering results-driven campaigns.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to inform campaign optimization and decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Working knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and ad serving tools (e.g. DART).
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
