Senior Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our team in creating innovative and visually appealing designs for product marketing. This role involves overseeing all design projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality and timely completion.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for designing original and creative pieces, including illustrations, infographics, websites, brochures, event graphics, while maintaining brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.

  • Design and develop engaging visual content that captures the audience's attention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to gather project requirements and implement design solutions effectively.
  • Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on design principles, styles, and layout techniques.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools, particularly with in-depth knowledge of Adobe Suite software, Figma, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills.
  • Expert knowledge of graphic design principles, styles, and layout techniques.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking ability and a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
  • Leadership skills to guide and mentor junior designers.
