Enterprise Relationship Officer

The SME Client Development Specialist at Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd is responsible for developing and sustaining relationships with small and medium-sized business clients. The role involves identifying business opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and selling products according to defined SOPs.

• Implement sales/service plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify potential selling opportunities.
• Sell products by establishing customer relationships according to defined SOPs.
• Achieve sales targets in assigned areas with best ethics and moral practices.
• Ensure genuine sales by avoiding family loaning, activist lending, and adjustment lending.
• Enhance profitability through sales of loans and customer acquisition.
• Develop marketing strategies for company products.
• Identify business opportunities by evaluating industry positions and prospect profiles.
• Evaluate customers' creditworthiness using the five C's of credit.
• Communicate product terms and conditions to customers.
• Monitor performance by conducting physical verifications.

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution (MBA preferable).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
