Student Guidance Advisor

We are an educational consultancy dedicated to guiding students towards their academic and career goals. Based in Sweden, we work with European and UK universities to provide personalized advice and support.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Student Guidance Advisor, based in Multan. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert guidance and counseling to students, helping them navigate their educational pathways and overcome any personal or social challenges they may face.

To achieve this, the Student Guidance Advisor will assess students' interests, aptitudes, and academic achievements to deliver tailored advice and support. They will also maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress, ensuring that our students receive the best possible service.

The ideal candidate will have experience in student counseling and career guidance, as well as strong communication and customer service skills. A background in education is essential, and the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff is crucial. Prior counseling experience in an educational institution is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert guidance and counseling to students
  • Assess students' interests, aptitudes, and academic achievements
  • Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress
  • Develop and implement effective counseling strategies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Experience in student counseling and career guidance
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
  • Prior counseling experience in an educational institution (desirable)
