We are seeking an experienced Industrial Automation Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting industrial automation systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and servo motors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot industrial automation systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and servo motors.
• Perform electrical and instrumentation repairs and maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of PLC systems, VFDs, servo motors, sensors, and control panels.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and minimize machine downtime.
• Carry out preventive and predictive maintenance to optimize equipment performance.
• Work closely with production teams to improve machine efficiency.
• Adhere to safety regulations, electrical codes, and company policies.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Diploma/B-Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Automation.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within flexible packaging or printing industries.
• Hands-on experience with printing presses (gravure), CPP, and lamination equipment.
• Strong knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, SCADA systems, industrial automation, and motor control.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and machine manuals.
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining VFDs, servo drives, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and handle emergency breakdowns.
