Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce ConnectNLink's products/services.
  • Assess and qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and other channels, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement.
  • Diligently follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous interactions to maintain customer interest and progress through the sales funnel.
  • Accurately record all interactions and transactions in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and organized customer information.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets, contributing to overall sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive impression of ConnectNLink.
  • Stay informed about ConnectNLink's products/services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate benefits and features to potential customers.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to handle rejection, remain motivated, and stay positive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, telemarketing tools, and basic computer applications.
