IT Technical Lead

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our organization's application and use of technology and business applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and maintaining our systems.

1. Coordinate multiple projects to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
2. Design technical courses for training personnel in computer applications.
3. Engineer computer networks to provide reliable communication solutions.
4. Maintain computer hardware and software applications through service contractors.
5. Monitor fund balances and related financial activity to ensure accurate allocations and expenses within budget limits.
6. Participate in meetings, workshops, and seminars to convey and gather information required to perform functions.
7. Perform personnel functions such as interviewing, evaluating, supervising, and enhancing productivity of personnel.
8. Prepare various materials including reports, memos, letters, procedures, manuals, and documentation of activities.
9. Research software applications and hardware requirements to preview products and provide recommendations.
10. Respond to inquiries providing information and direction.
11. Serve as liaison to software/hardware providers conveying and receiving information and coordinating district activities.

Preferably a graduate in Computer Science or related fields with software development experience of over 3 years, IT management experience of 5 years, and training experience of 3 years.
