Job Title: Website Developer & Creative Marketing Specialist

We're seeking a talented female candidate to join our team as a skilled and versatile professional.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize our website while crafting stunning visuals and implementing digital marketing strategies.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Manage engaging social media content and analyze website data to enhance user experience.
  • Capture high-quality photos, design eye-catching graphics with Canva, and develop compelling website/marketing content.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.

1+ year experience in website development & maintenance (CMS experience a plus) and strong grasp of SEO & digital marketing strategies are required.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. They should thrive in a team environment and be able to work independently when needed.

Required Skills for the Role

This role requires a unique blend of technical and creative abilities. The essential skills include:

  1. Technical Skills:
  1. Website Development (1+ years experience): Experience building and maintaining websites using a Content Management System (CMS), preferably WordPress.
  2. Familiarity with HTML, CSS may be beneficial.
  3. SEO & Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices. Knowledge of digital marketing strategies for driving traffic and engagement. Experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  1. Creative Skills:
  1. Graphic Design: Proficiency in using design software like Canva to create eye-catching graphics. Understanding of design principles like composition and color.
  2. Content Creation: Ability to develop engaging website copy and marketing content.
  3. Photography: Basic photography skills, including an eye for good composition, to capture high-quality photos.

Additional Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks is also required. Strong problem-solving skills to address website and marketing challenges are a must. The ideal candidate can thrive in a collaborative team environment and work independently when needed.

Bonus Points:

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), Marketing, or a similar field is highly valued. Experience with additional marketing channels like social media management and email marketing is a plus.
