Job Overview

The role of a Bread Baker is to prepare and bake high-quality breads, pastries, and other sweet treats. As part of our team, you will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and strong time management skills are essential.

• Assist in the preparation of doughs and batters according to established recipes
• Bake an assortment of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for display and sale
• Collaborate with colleagues to decorate cakes and pastries for special occasions
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
• Evaluate food safety and quality standards to ensure compliance
• Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies to inform ordering decisions

Requirements

• Ability to accurately follow recipes and instructions
