Assistant Manager HR In A Call Center

As an Assistant Manager in Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our call center team. Your primary focus will be on ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations while maintaining a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
    • Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and facilitate the hiring process.
    • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
    • Address and resolve employee relations issues promptly.
    • Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and communication.
  • Performance Management:
    • Assist in implementing performance management processes, including goal setting and reviews.
    • Work with managers to address performance issues and support development.
  • Training and Development:
    • Identify training needs and coordinate programs for employees.
    • Facilitate workshops on HR policies and professional development.
  • HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Benefits Administration:
    • Support employee benefits administration, including health insurance and retirement plans.
    • Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Organize engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
    • Conduct surveys to assess satisfaction and implement improvements.
    • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, promoting inclusivity.
  • Reporting:
    • Prepare HR metrics and reports for management.
    • Contribute to organizational planning reports.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Relevant HR experience, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
