Job Description:

We're looking for a sales professional who can make people feel comfortable using friendly conversation as their weapon of choice. In this role, you'll interface with clients over phone calls and engage them with promotional campaigns, follow-ups, and to gather feedback.

Your primary job is to nurture and own leads across the sales cycle, providing accurate information about products/services and maintaining customer interaction records in our CRM system.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.

  1. Main Responsibilities:
  2. Make outbound calls for promotional campaigns, follow-ups, and to gather feedback
  3. Nurture and own leads across the sales cycle
  4. Provide accurate information about products/services
  5. Maintain customer interaction records in our CRM system
  6. Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  1. Key Skills and Qualifications:
  2. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  3. Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred
  4. Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  5. The ability to multitask and to work under pressure
  6. Basic computer knowledge with Hubspot (or equivalent) experience preferred
