Seeking a skilled professional to craft high-quality petitions that make a tangible impact on individuals' lives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our team, leveraging their expertise to drive positive change.

• Conduct thorough research and draft well-supported petition letters, including the letter of support and personal statements.
• Develop a customized petition strategy by analyzing clients' backgrounds and drawing from various professional fields.
• Collaborate with consultants, case managers, and clients to gather evidence and build compelling arguments aligned with USCIS criteria.
• Stay up-to-date on EB-2 NIW legal standards, policy updates, and case precedents to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in our petitions.
• Edit and proofread legal documents for clarity, grammar, and soundness, ensuring the highest quality of work.
• Ensure timely submission of case materials and communicate progress to stakeholders.
