We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Support Professional to join our support team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome new clients and facilitate seamless setup
  • Foster strong client relationships as a liaison between the company and clients
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues related to usability, API calls, imports, exports, campaign creation, among other things
  • Participate in the client onboarding process to ensure clients are set up correctly from a technical aspect
