Sales Development Specialist

The Sales Officer plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring operational efficiency for APOLLO SPORTS. This role is responsible for comprehensive sales analysis, planning, and execution across various departments and brands.
Main Responsibilities- Sales Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough market research to set seasonal and monthly targets, monitor progress, and make data-driven decisions.
- Inventory & Stocks Management: Ensure proper product placement, clear overstock, and maintain updated pricing and promotions to optimize sales.
- Sales Force Management: Recruit, train, and manage the sales team to enhance performance and meet sales goals.
- Visual Merchandising & Shops Ambience: Oversee the creation of an inviting shop environment that drives customer engagement and boosts sales.
- Advertisement and Promotions: Plan and execute effective advertising and promotion strategies to meet sales targets.
- Sales Channels Development: Identify and develop new sales channels through performance assessments and strategic planning.
- Proven Experience: A proven track record in sales and marketing with a strong understanding of the retail industry.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Education: Proficiency in MS Office and relevant qualifications in business or a related field.
