About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in extracting valuable insights from our data, leveraging statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and programming skills to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns, trends, and insights
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data distributions and relationships
  • Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the analysis pipeline
  • Build, train, and evaluate predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning algorithms
  • Deploy models into production environments and monitor their performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data analytics into actionable strategies that enhance user experience and drive growth
  • Design experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to evaluate the impact of business strategies
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis

Requirements:

  • Excellent Interpersonal & Problem-Solving Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning or a related field
  • Must have worked with structural and non-structural databases
  • Proficient in programming languages like Python or R
  • Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms
  • Experience with large language models (LLM) and LangChain
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Hadoop, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake or Azure
  • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Knowledge of hypothesis testing, regression, and probability distributions
