Job Title: Digital Content Developer

A digital content developer is responsible for assisting in the creation, development, and management of various forms of content across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar. They should be able to brainstorm and develop engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand identity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in researching and developing content ideas across various platforms including blogs, social media, videos, podcasts, and newsletters.
  2. Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality content that meets our brand's goals and target audience needs.
  3. Contribute to content creation efforts by writing articles, blog posts, social media posts, scripts, or other forms of content as needed.
  4. Assist in content planning and scheduling to ensure a consistent publishing calendar.
  5. Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to suggest innovative content ideas and strategies.
  7. Support the content team in administrative tasks such as organizing files, conducting research, and maintaining content databases.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and grammar.
  • Creative thinking and passion for storytelling with ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in content creation, blogging, social media management, or digital marketing is a plus.
