QA Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing applications and systems in a fast-paced environment with both long and short development cycles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of backend and frontend website features, load/performance and automation testing.
Responsibilities will include executing test plans, including unit, integration and end-to-end system testing, as well as using JIRA for streamlining communication between developers and testers.
The Quality Assurance Professional will also participate in the review of requirements and designs, work with designers, producers, and engineers to define testing risks, and send centralized and finalized status reports to the lead tester and developers.
Analyze if a project is stable enough for release, assist in the preparation of test plans and test scripts, report bugs and issues promptly, use Excel & Power BI for analytical insights, conduct end-user training as needed, maintain thorough documentation, and knowledge of distribution sales operations is a plus.
Requirements include education: Computer Science graduate preferred, experience: 1-3 years, core skills: ability to work independently on projects, strong communication and analytical skills, highly motivated and energetic, conflict resolution skills, multi-tasking abilities.
This is a mid-senior level, full-time position in Quality Assurance, Business Consulting and Services industry.
