Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to fill the position of E-commerce Specialist.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our online web store, as well as managing and enhancing our social media presence. This role is crucial in showcasing our products and driving brand awareness through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop an e-commerce website using Shopify to effectively showcase our products.
  • Manage and maintain our social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
  • Create engaging visual content, including graphics, videos, and product images, that align with our brand messaging.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and improve engagement.
  • Design product packaging and 3D mock-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platform development (e.g., Shopify).
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience with online marketing and advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
Benefits:

Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices is a plus.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) is also a plus.

Experience in the skincare industry is desired but not required.
