Corporate Account Manager Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing annual revenue by meeting sales targets. This includes developing strategic account plans, implementing tactics, executing programs, and managing customer relationships at various levels within the organization.

They will also pursue every opportunity to expand sales efforts, maintain existing customer bases, and acquire new customers for the business. Additionally, they will coordinate corporate activities as required and negotiate between the company and clients as necessary.

The Corporate Account Manager must have excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively both internally and externally at multiple levels, including electronic, written, face-to-face, telephone conversations, and video conferences.

The role requires 5-7 years of experience in the IT industry, maintaining all customers across the district, building strong corporate relationships through contacts, and increasing support and interest in growing the company's profit and marketing efforts.

A key aspect of the role is maintaining accurate data in CRM software for current partners, involving 80% travel, and assuming additional duties as required. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing business plans, providing required reporting and tracking, and producing a weekly forecast and top opportunities report to management.
