Market Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive to join our dynamic real estate department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. To identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector, leveraging industry knowledge and network connections to drive sales growth.
  2. To build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. To conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market, staying up-to-date with market developments and competitor activity.
  4. To collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that attract potential clients and drive sales growth, utilizing data analytics tools to inform business decisions.
  5. To prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders, showcasing expertise and professionalism, and negotiating contracts and agreements to secure deals.
  6. To meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong academic record.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build rapport with clients.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software, with experience using data analytics tools to inform business decisions.
