Sales Representative

**Job Title:** Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar products, including inverters, batteries, and solar panels, to residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Actively approach and assist walk-in customers, explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
• Sales Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into confirmed sales.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct live demos of solar systems to potential buyers.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and government policies affecting solar adoption.
• Lead Follow-Up: Maintain a database of potential customers and follow up via calls and in-person visits.
• After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and customer satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain daily sales records and provide weekly performance reports to the manager.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate or equivalent; diploma/degree in sales or electrical trade is a plus.
• Experience: 1+ years in sales (preferably in solar, electronics, or related fields). Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may apply.
• Skills:
  • Excellent English communication.
  • Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of solar systems (training will be provided).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: PKR 25,000 per month.
• Commission: Competitive percentage on every sale (uncapped earning potential).
• Incentives: Bonuses for exceeding targets.
