CAD Technician – Civil Works

This position involves preparing accurate 2D CAD drawings, construction layouts, and site plans for residential and commercial retrofit projects. The successful candidate will have strong documentation skills and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, PlanSwift, PlanUp, and Bluebeam.

Main responsibilities include interpreting architectural and structural drawings to produce clear, compliant plans, and managing and maintaining technical documents including drawing registers, submission logs, and revisions.
