Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing real estate agencies' portfolios, conducting field visits, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue growth.

About the Role
  • Manage a portfolio of real estate agencies and develop strategies to increase revenue.
  • Conduct daily field visits to promote products and services, secure deals, and build relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue growth ambitions as per regional business plans.
  • Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Revive lost clients, minimize churn, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of real estate agencies, identifying opportunities for growth and developing strategies to increase revenue.
  2. Field Visits: Conduct daily field visits to promote products and services, secure deals, and build relationships with clients.
  3. Revenue Growth: Responsible for achieving revenue growth ambitions as per regional business plans.
  4. New Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to add new clients and expand existing relationships.
  5. Relationship Management: Revive lost clients, minimize churn, and identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in Field Sales, business development, and efficient account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Negotiation, Active-Listening, Problem-solving, Critical thinking, and Persuasive skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
