Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Post jobs for open positions, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and complete the hiring process.
  • Employee Relations: Address demands, grievances, or other issues, and bridge management and employee relations.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Process payroll data, reconcile attendance, leaves, bonuses, commissions, and maintain provident funds.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide weekly reports on employee status, monthly reports on HR changes, and analyze wage and salary reports.
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
