Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced digital marketing strategist to drive online sales and scale up our European brand. This role is based in Lahore, Pakistan.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a relevant field such as web design, computer science, or marketing from a reputable university. They must also have an excellent command of the English language and at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing channels.

This position requires strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills to develop and execute a multi-channel B2C marketing strategy with a focus on digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing a Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive digital marketing plan that aligns with business objectives.
  2. Social Media Strategy: Create and implement a social media strategy that engages our target audience and drives brand awareness.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management, including sales, revenue, and trends.
  4. Conversion Management: Optimize the customer journey from start to finish, ensuring seamless transitions between touchpoints.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various teams, including customer service, fulfillment, and design, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of the client's brand values and ability to project relevant communications.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends.
  • Experience working on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Proven experience with brands, particularly in managing ROI and conversion rates.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Webmaster tools, paid social, mobile, affiliate management, and email marketing.
  • Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and social media teams.
