Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team. As an Android Developer, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and design innovative solutions for mobile applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer programming skills and experience with Android development tools and paradigms. They should be able to understand business requirements and translate them technically, as well as possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  3. Work with outside data sources and APIs.
  4. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability.
  5. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
  6. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  7. Perform upgrades and maintenance, modify existing software to improve performance, correct errors, and adapt to new hardware.

In addition, you will be responsible for recommending software upgrades for clients' programs and systems if necessary, analyzing software requirements and user needs to determine system feasibility within time and budget constraints.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
  • 2-3 years of Android App Development or Mobile App Developer experience.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them technically.
  • Strong knowledge of Google's Android design principles and guidelines.
  • Working knowledge of emerging mobile technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
