About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Registrar to join our team. As a Senior Registrar, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of innovative instructional methods, developing professional logistics to improve student performance, guiding students in research projects, and creating career-enhancement programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement instructional methods that promote student learning and engagement.
  • Assist in the design and delivery of training programs that meet the needs of students.
  • Guide and mentor students in research projects, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
  • Create career-enhancement programs that foster personal and professional growth among students.
  • Supervise teaching assistants, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Participate in departmental and institutional activities, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that impact student learning.
  • Evaluate student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by the relevant authorities.
  • FCPS or equivalent qualification in Pediatrics recognized by the relevant authorities.
