We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Relations Officer to join our team. This role requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are readily available.
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments or personnel, providing clear and concise information as needed.
- Process guest requests for wake-up calls, additional amenities, and transportation services in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a log of guest interactions and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Receive incoming mail and promptly distribute it to the relevant recipient.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of both incoming and outgoing messages.
- Handle the scheduling and booking of meetings, including setting reminders and notifications as needed.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for activities related to the overall administration of the office, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and senior management.
- Proficiency in using front desk software and office equipment.
- Customer-focused with a strong commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Well-groomed and professional appearance.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle various tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Minimum: 2-3 years in a similar role.
- Preferred: Prior experience in guest relations, front desk operations, or administrative roles.
- Preferred: Master's degree.
