Objective:

Our team seeks a skilled Paid Media Specialist to lead the development and execution of high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating and optimizing PPC campaigns to drive consistent generation of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and continuously improve PPC campaigns across various platforms
  • Maintain audience targeting strategies, bidding techniques, and conversion funnel optimization
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad creatives and landing pages
  • Provide weekly performance reports on key metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS) and adjust campaign strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Strong understanding of paid media strategies and analytics principles
  • Bonus: Prior experience in B2B lead generation is highly valued

Skill Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency in meta tags, search engine marketing, and social media advertising
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and data-driven decision making
  • Experience working with digital marketing tools, such as analytics software and CRM systems
