We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Legal Advisor to join our organization. As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to senior management on various matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in law, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in high court practice. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing high-quality legal advice and guidance, and will be able to demonstrate their expertise in areas such as contract law, corporate law, and employment law.

As a Legal Advisor, you will be required to:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to senior management on various matters
  • Review and analyze contracts and other legal documents
  • Advise on compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures related to legal matters

The ideal candidate will be someone who is highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure. They should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex legal information to non-legal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • LLM from any recognized institution
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in high court practice

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Enrolled as an Advocate of Supreme Court of Pakistan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Rich experience of dealing with cases of University affairs
  • Well-versed with University Rules & Regulations etc.
