Implementation Specialist

This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of implementation roadmaps and SaaS-based product implementations. The successful candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience working with international customers.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with Implementation Managers, Solution Architects, and/or Project Managers to ensure the effective configuration and deployment of products/applications.
    • Review client specifications provided, make recommendations as necessary.
    • Engage with clients as requested, either in facilitating discussions or supporting project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing
    • Build UAT test cases and perform functional QA.
    • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage UAT defect logs.
  • Customization and Reporting
    • Draft customization reporting requirements.
    • Troubleshoot business intelligence issues.
  • Project Management and Support
    • Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.
    • Validate the scope of work with assigned project managers to hand off completed projects.
    • Support clients and project managers on post-production activities.
  • Training and End-User Support
    • Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience working with international customers.
  • Complete understanding of implementation roadmaps and SaaS-based product implementations.
  • Hands-on experience in building UAT test cases and performing functional QA.
  • Able to draft/understand technical documents like Functional Requirements Specification and Statement of Work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Working on the Development/QA side is a plus.
