Job Title: Digital Operations Manager">

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various aspects of our digital operations, ensuring that our customer service experience is superior.

  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve their queries and provide prompt solutions.
  • Deliver key performance indicators related to customer services.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders and meet defined priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, supply chain, production, and distribution, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide product information and support to customers through various channels.

    You will also be responsible for handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Investigate customer complaints and concerns, identifying root causes and implementing permanent solutions.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior management and cross-functional teams as necessary to mitigate potential risks.
  • Close coordination with quality assurance and operations teams to address customer complaints promptly.

    Additionally, you will assist the manager in developing key digital services and e-commerce activities, providing support to the sales team on SAP and BI-related issues, and conducting customer surveys to gather feedback.

    Your responsibilities will also include daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, business data analysis, and preparation of management reports. You will assist the sales team with forecasting and demand planning, as well as coordinate with the import team to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.

  • Preparation of credit notes as advised.
  • Supporting functions/divisions in matters relating to 'Purchase Requisition' like raising the PR etc.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in leading a team.
  • Background in a manufacturing industry, not trading or IT/software business.
  • Preferring B2B industry experience.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage customer orders.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
