Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to provide expert services in payroll and accounting.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file 1099 and W2 forms
  • Manage payroll processes and related accounting activities
  • Utilize QuickBooks for payroll and accounting tasks
  • Provide professional services to clients using cloud-based software
  • Communicate effectively with US clients
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax returns
  • Work on and resolve State and Federal tax notices
">Requirements & Qualifications:
  • ACCA, CA partially qualified, or equivalent
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • High degree of computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and specifically Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with QuickBooks
  • Experience with US payroll processes

  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Role: The ideal candidate will have experience working with payroll software, taxes, and other accounting activities. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' payroll and accounting processes.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing 1099 and W2 forms, managing payroll processes, and utilizing QuickBooks for payroll and accounting tasks. They must be able to communicate effectively with US clients via phone and email and have experience with US payroll processes.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have ACCA, CA partially qualified, or equivalent qualifications. They must also be proficient in written and spoken English and have high degree of computer literacy.
