Additionally, the Night Telesales Representative will achieve daily and weekly sales targets through persuasive communication and relationship building. They will maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system and collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies for customer engagement and retention.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. They should also have strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

A basic knowledge of the accounting industry is a plus, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is required. Fresh graduates from any discipline, preferably with a background in business or communications, are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in telesales is mandatory.
