Impactful Video Development for Social Impact

We are seeking a skilled media production team to develop impactful videos showcasing the success of our Inclusive Eye Health Program in Rahimyar Khan.
The program is a four-year initiative implemented by LRBT in collaboration with CBM and BMZ, enhancing access to inclusive, quality eye care for underserved communities through systems strengthening, capacity building, disability-inclusive practices, and policy advocacy.
To achieve this goal, we require a team that can conceptualize and develop compelling bilingual scripts and storylines, conduct field filming, capture powerful testimonials, and produce high-quality videos highlighting collaboration across sectors and tangible systems changes.
Key deliverables include two 5-7 minute videos in Urdu and English, each with subtitles, as well as two teaser videos for social media. The selected firm must demonstrate expertise in producing documentary-style videos and working with diverse populations, including persons with disabilities.
Required qualifications and experience include at least five years of producing bilingual or multilingual documentary-style videos, a portfolio of impact or advocacy videos, and experience working with marginalized populations.
A comprehensive proposal should include a company profile, production portfolio, financial proposal, and client references. Proposals will be reviewed based on technical merit, creativity, and ability to meet project requirements.
