We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as an IT Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, networks, and hardware. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technology-related challenges, implement solutions, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and proven experience as an IT Specialist or similar role. They will also possess proficiency in network administration, system maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:

  • Administering and maintaining the company's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting network issues, providing timely resolution and proactive problem-solving.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware components, including servers, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Providing technical support for software applications, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with vendors when necessary.
  • Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect the company's data and systems from potential threats.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in cybersecurity to ensure the organization's security posture.
  • Providing end-user support, addressing IT-related inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Developing and delivering training sessions to enhance the technical skills of employees and promote a culture of IT awareness.
  • Coordinating and executing system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
  • Conducting regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary updates.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand IT requirements and align technology solutions with business objectives.
