Treasury and Reporting Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial transactions related to Beverage & Snacks, ensuring timely processing and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Main Duties
  • Payment Administration:
    • Processing payments for Beverages & Snacks (excluding Hattar Location) in a timely and accurate manner
    • Creating and distributing a monthly payment batch calendar after stakeholder alignment, ensuring prompt payments (including follow-up for payment approvals from authorized personnel)
    • Providing excellent customer service by offering payment-related information and collaborating with consultants on tax withholding matters
    • Maintaining up-to-date Board Resolutions for payment authorization and regularly reviewing the Online Banking Portal for access authorization
    • Optimizing the payment process through risk identification and mitigation, as well as streamlining and automating processes where possible
    • Daily communication with banks
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Daily review of bank balances with the Assistant Tax and Treasury Manager to prevent overdrafts and identify opportunities for short-term investments
    • Management of petty cash in line with company policy
  • Periodic Financial Reporting:
    • Accurate and timely recording of financial transactions, including payments processing, investments, cash disbursements, and interest income/expenses (including account reconciliations on the Blackline portal)
    • Ensuring the provision of necessary data to third-party tax consultants for monthly/quarterly submissions
    • Supporting the Tax and Treasury Manager in preparing reports related to tax and treasury
    • Assisting the Tax and Treasury Manager in BSR reviews and OCF commentary
    • Ensuring adherence to sector and corporate treasury guidelines
    • Managing administrative responsibilities for blackline reporting
    Requirements
    • Knowledge:
      • ACCA or CA finalist
      • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
      • Experience with ERP/SAP systems
    • Experience:
      • Three to four years of experience in treasury and reporting roles within the FMCG industry
    • Skills:
      • Collaboration and influence
      • Stakeholder management
      • Effective communication
