Job Title

The role of a Financial Operations Manager is to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of an organization, ensuring efficient and effective management of financial resources.

  • Leadership: Lead and direct the accounts payable team, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Financial Management: Maintain and manage general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting functions with precision and accuracy.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, systems, and procedures, guaranteeing timely and accurate performance.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Oversee accounts payable and financial obligations, driving efficient processing and meeting deadlines.
  • Tax Coordination: Coordinate all tax-related processes, supporting AM taxation to ensure correct tax withholding and clearance of tax GLs in the software.
  • Financial Reporting: Monitor financial expenditures, maintain a database, and provide reports as needed by supervisors.
  • Payment Transactions: Manage payment transactions, maintaining control and accuracy.
  • Transaction Tracking: Track transaction status within the company and with external vendors and contractors, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
  • Process Improvement: Develop standardized procedures to enhance in-house efficiency, creating internal templates for company use.
  • Customer Service: Prioritize customer service, communicating promptly and accurately to meet expectations.
  • Aging Reduction: Minimize payable aging by optimizing systems and ensuring adherence to policies and SOPs.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve queries efficiently, providing prompt and effective solutions.
