Achieving Academic Excellence:

  • ">
  • Ensure the implementation of a Teacher Selection process to recruit quality teachers.">
  • Develop a school improvement plan based on need analysis and ensure its implementation within the school.">
  • Maintain classroom quality through lesson planners and formal/informal classroom observations.">
  • Improve teacher quality through demo sessions and constant feedback.">
  • Monitor student performance by reviewing student copies and test papers according to policy.">
  • Organize, manage, and monitor co-curricular activities, timetables, assemblies, periods, displays, libraries, laboratories, and academic resources.">
  • Attend training sessions and conduct on-the-job training for faculty within the school.">
  • Conduct term tests and examinations in a transparent and timely manner.">
  • Buold team spirit and motivate teachers to enhance retention.">

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Establish strong relationships with the community and promote education for male and female children, encouraging them to join our educational institution.">
  • Maintain required student enrollment within the school through effective implementation of enrolment strategies.">
  • Coordinate with relevant teams for staff hiring, retaining, performance management, and other HR-related matters.">
  • Ensure school discipline and promote positive character building among students and staff.">
  • Manage staff leaves and attendance to minimize empty classroom days.">
  • Supervise the administration assistant in accounts and other matters.">
  • Maintain accurate school accounts and documentation.">
  • Ensure the maintenance of buildings and premises.">
  • Supply and manage utility services in a timely manner.">
  • Coordinate with supervisors on board-related matters.">
  • Understand and implement relevant policies in school activities.">
  • Submit reports and documents in a timely manner.">
