We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of sachet machine operator. This position involves operating sachet packaging machines to ensure accurate and efficient packaging of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Operating machinery: Ensuring the smooth operation of sachet packaging machines, adhering to quality standards and production schedules.
  2. Setup and Calibration: Configuring the machine settings and calibrating it for different product types and sizes to meet production demands.
  3. Quality Control: Monitoring the packaging process to guarantee that sachets are filled accurately and sealed properly.
  4. Troubleshooting: Identifying and addressing any issues that may arise during production, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous productivity.
  5. Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance tasks to maintain the machine's optimal performance and longevity.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of production output, machine settings, and any issues encountered during the process.
  7. Safety and Hygiene: Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment to prevent contamination of products.
