Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team in developing enterprise applications. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and building scalable systems to tackle novel challenges using modern cloud technology and industry best practices.

About the Role
The Agent Productivity Tools (APT) team is critical to the success of our Enterprise Applications and Architecture organization. Your primary responsibility will be to create customer experience platforms that streamline service and compliance processes. This role involves designing and developing applications to enhance productivity, drive automation, and deliver results at scale through full-stack development and 3rd party integrations.

Key Responsibilities
• Build scalable systems to tackle novel challenges using modern cloud technology and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to turn product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap.
• Write high-quality code to meet customer needs, debug complex issues, and improve system performance.
• Review feature designs for cross-functional projects and ensure security, safety, and architectural clarity.
• Develop pipelines to integrate with 3rd party vendors.

Requirements
• At least 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, including knowledge of service-oriented architecture.
• High-quality coding skills, event-driven architectures, proficiency in SQL or NoSQL DBs, and understanding of concepts like gRPC, GraphQL, and ETL.
• Proficiency in Go and experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, BuildKite, rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, metrics, logging, tracing, debugging, etc.
