Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of various facilities such as offices, homes, schools, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the overall cleanliness and organization of facilities, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other communal areas to ensure a healthy environment for occupants.
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners to prevent unpleasant odors and maintain a clean appearance.
  • Restock supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap to ensure that facilities remain well-stocked and ready for use.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance issues or damages to prevent further problems and ensure timely repairs.
  • Familiarize yourself with safety procedures while handling cleaning chemicals to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a cleaner is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
  • You must be physically fit to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time.
  • Attention to detail and good time management skills are essential to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • You should be able to work independently or as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • A valid visa for working in Pakistan is mandatory.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9 am to 5 pm. We provide all necessary equipment for cleaning tasks. However, accommodation is not provided, so applicants must have their own housing arrangements.
