About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support us in managing niche projects for our clients. As a start-up, we require someone with the passion and grit to contribute to our growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate leads and communicate with clients as required.
  • Create and manage business development documentation, including project quotes, sales presentation materials, and marketing content.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with clients and ensure effective communication.
  • Serve as the liaison between clients and our development team.
  • Lead client interaction, aligning with our strategic vision and project goals.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client time zones and international team members.
  • Ensure adherence to project standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Manage project teams, resources, and implementation activities throughout all project phases.
  • Resolve project issues and mitigate risks.
  • Develop detailed project plans, defining key activities, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Support clients in requirement definition, project planning, and analysis.
  • Collaborate on design, testing, system documentation, and user training.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Analyze external vendor products and develop business cases.
  • Provide periodic status reports to senior management.
Additional Tasks
  • Team Development:
  • Play a mentorship and management role for the development team, conducting reviews and open constructive communication.
  • Assist in team development activities and in-house trainings.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure high-quality products by the time of client demo.
  • Coordinate client involvement in testing.
  • Hiring:
  • Assist senior management in identifying talent to expand the team.
  • Support interviewing and hiring procedures.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional client relations and management skills.
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle and Project Management Methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse technical teams.
  • Flexibility in adapting to dynamic environments.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with preference for fresh graduates who demonstrate long-term commitment and passion.
