Prosecutor Role

This role requires the successful prosecution of Gas Theft Cases in Gas Utility Court and High Court under the Gas Theft Control and Recovery Act 2016.

  • The ideal candidate will draft cases, appeals, review, revision, petitions, para-wise reply/comments, written statements, and represent the company in court cases for and against the company.
Skill Requirements
  • Vetting of FIR/154 CrPC statement to prepare daily prosecution reports and coordinate with the in-charge Prosecution wing.
  • A strong understanding of Gas Theft Control and Recovery Act 2016 is essential.
